Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free, no credit card needed, no time limit. You get 1 mailbox at @ovoomail.com, 200 sends per month, and the daily AI hint. Upgrade only when you want AI generation, sequences, custom domains, or more sends.
What happens when I hit my monthly send limit?+
We surface a calm message and pause new sends until the next billing period — or you can upgrade in one click and keep going. Scheduled sends already in the queue continue. Your inbox keeps receiving normally.
Can I bring my own domain?+
Yes. Pro and above let you connect any domain you own (e.g. yourname@yourcompany.com). We handle the SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup automatically — most domains are live in under 5 minutes.
Is the daily AI hint really included on Free?+
Yes — every plan, including Free, gets the daily hint delivered to your workspace. It's how we help you write better email regardless of what you pay us.
How does AI generation work?+
